After
spending over 18 years in the gourmet coffee industry,
I believe I have found the perfect combination of the finest
certified fair trade organic coffees and the ultimate roasting
process. We utilize a Northern German style of roasting
that involves “smoking” and then air-cooling the
beans at the end of the roast. This “smoking” step,
allows the beans to linger in their own aroma, recapturing
much of the flavor and aroma released during the roasting.
Just
as importantly, we have the peace of mind in knowing that
all of our coffees are grown without chemicals or pesticides
and the growers of these fine coffees are being fairly compensated.
We know that you have many coffee
